While we do not usually issue refunds for hot food orders if a student is not at school, we have issued refunds through SchoolCashOnline for any students not at school today, as buses did not run.
The majority of our orders are placed in advance with local businesses which makes it difficult to cancel on short notice. However, because the hot dogs are made at the school we were able to issue a refund in this case. Moving forward decisions like this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
